Active Electronically Scanned Array Bomber Modernization Radar System
RI&S’s B-52H Stratofortress radar is based on AESA technologies developed from the reliable APG-79/APG-82 radar family. The AESA BMRS’ advancements will help keep the B-52H Stratofortress mission ready through 2050 and beyond.
Improvements over legacy systems include greater air situational awareness and increases in surface target detection range and the number of simultaneous surface target engagements.

Simultaneous tracking and fire control of multiple air-to-air targets and surface moving targets, along with high-definition, real-time surface topology mapping
